Working Relations Between the Vietnam Peacekeeping Center and Other Agencies

The content has been stipulated in Circular 04/2016/TT-BQP issued by the Ministry of National Defense on January 12, 2016.

In accordance with Circular 04, the working relations of the Vietnam Peacekeeping Center with other agencies are regulated as follows:

- The relationship of the Vietnam Peacekeeping Center with the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense, and the Head of the Ministry of National Defense Steering Committee is a relationship of subordination in leadership, direction, and command.- The relationship of the Vietnam Peacekeeping Center with the Chief of the General Staff is a relationship of subordination in military administrative command and direction.- The relationship of the Vietnam Peacekeeping Center with agencies and units within the Military is a coordinated relationship, subject to professional and operational guidance according to assigned functions and tasks, and the direction and guidance in performing United Nations peacekeeping missions.- The relationship of the Vietnam Peacekeeping Center with agencies of the Communist Party, the State, and other Ministries and sectors is a relationship subject to professional and operational guidance, collaboration, coordination, and guidance in performing United Nations peacekeeping activities and other tasks according to the functions and assignments within the delegated sector and field.
