The Secretariat of the Excellent Team Teachers Competition Committee shall handle professional requests (Illustration)

In Article 12 of the Regulation on the Excellent Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization Team Leader Teacher Contest issued together with Circular 52/2012/TT-BGDDT of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, the composition of the Contest Secretariat is specifically regulated as follows:

- Composition:

+ Head of Secretariat: One of the members of the contest organizing committee;

+ Members: Including general secretaries and secretaries of the judging sub-committees.

- Tasks and Powers:

+ The Secretariat is the permanent department, maintaining communication with members of the organizing committee, and the judging panel;

+ Assist the head of the organizing committee in preparing the content for organizing committee meetings, directive documents, and contest implementations;

+ Compile contest results, reporting to the head of the organizing committee;

+ Address professional requirements;

+ Receive registration documents and complaints, denunciation dossiers;

+ Write the contest summary report.

- The Secretariat must comply with confidentiality regulations during the performance of its tasks.

Additionally, the Exam Committee of the contest, decided by the head of the Department of Education and Training or the Director of the Department of Education and Training, includes a head and members.

- Head of Committee: A staff member responsible for the professional work of the contest organizing unit, responsible for directing and organizing the exam setting and marking guidelines in accordance with approved content and format;

- Members: Those knowledgeable, experienced, or proficient in the field of Team activities and children's movements (including professional staff of educational levels under the Department of Education and Training, the District Department of Education and Training; council members at various levels or teachers serving as experienced and reputable Team Leaders in the Team movement and children's activities, with professional ethics).

The tasks and powers of the Exam Committee: Prepare exam questions, provide marking guidelines in accordance with the content prescribed in Article 6 of this Regulation; ensure the accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality, and safety of the exam questions and marking guidelines as conformable.
