Vietnam: Application documents for participating in the Excellent Team Teachers Competition

Documents for registering for the Excellent Team Leader Competition (Illustration)

According to Article 15 of the Regulations on the Competition for Excellent Young Pioneer Team Leaders of Ho Chi Minh City issued with Circular 52/2012/TT-BGDDT of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, regulations on the competition plan organized by the organizing committee include:

- Purpose and requirements of the competition;

- Content and form of the competition;

- Subjects, number, and conditions for registration;

- Time, location, and funding for organizing the competition;

- Evaluation contents of competency tests, practical skills, talents of the team leader, and experienced initiatives, models, and scientific pedagogic research products of teachers acting as team leaders participating in the competition;

- Evaluation results of teachers acting as team leaders in the competition and the award structure of the competition.

Regarding the registration documents, they include:

- List of chief, deputy chief, and teachers acting as team leaders registering for the competition;

- Personal achievement reports of the teachers acting as team leaders participating in the competition (confirmed by the principal);

- Innovative initiatives, models, or applied pedagogic scientific research products regarding the work of the team and children’s movement of the teachers acting as team leaders participating in the competition;

- Certification from the organizing agency acknowledging the teachers' achievement as Excellent Team Leader (issued for province-level competition).
