- Developing the financial budget plan for national reserve management, including the budget plan for the tasks of importing, preserving, and exporting national reserve items.- Preparing, allocating, and finalizing estimates and expenses for importing, preserving, and exporting national reserve items.- Signing contracts for the preservation of national reserve items in accordance with legal provisions.- Determining the allowable depletion value of national reserves to be recorded as a reduction in national reserve capital during the management of national reserve items according to legal regulations.- Serving as one of the criteria to inspect and evaluate the performance of tasks by state reserve units.
