Job Positions after Graduating from College in Rubber Product Manufacturing

Effective from February 10, 2019, Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, issued by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, stipulates the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation at the intermediate level and college level in disciplines and professions within the fields of materials, metallurgy, manufacturing, and other technical technologies.

According to the Regulations on Minimum Knowledge Volume and Competency Requirements for Learners after Graduation at Secondary and College Levels in the Field of Rubber Product Manufacturing Technology, issued together with Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, it is stipulated that after graduating from the college level in rubber product manufacturing technology, learners have the competency to meet the requirements at the job positions within the sector, including:

- Manufacturing rubber products such as: tubes, tires; rubber gloves; foam mattresses; rubber adhesives; belts…;

- Technical supervision in the processes of producing rubber products;

- Testing during production and quality inspection of rubber products;

Furthermore, the ability for learning and enhancing proficiency for learners is stipulated as follows:

- The minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from the college level in Rubber Product Manufacturing Technology can continue to be developed at higher levels;

- After graduation, learners have the capacity for self-study, self-updating scientific and technological advancements within the industry to enhance their proficiency or to study further to higher levels within the same field or in related training fields.
