On February 10, 2019, Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs took effect, stipulating the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation at the intermediate level and college level in fields of materials, metallurgy, production, and other technical technology industries.

According to the Regulation on minimum knowledge volume, competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate, college levels majoring in building materials engineering technology, issued with Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, it is stipulated that after graduating from the college level in building materials engineering technology, learners are competent to meet the requirements for job positions in the industry, including:
- Processing raw materials, batching for production preparation;- Shaping, decorating products;- Heat processing products;- Sorting, finishing, and packaging products;- Quality control of products.
Additionally, the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating at the college level in Building Materials Engineering Technology enable them to continue developing at higher levels.
Graduates have the ability to self-learn, self-update scientific and technological advancements within the industry to improve their proficiency or to pursue further education at higher levels within the same major, industry group, or field of training.
