06 Sources of Annual Operating Funds of the State Treasury

- State budget allocations are provided to cover a one-time salary, wages, salary allowances, and contributions as per state policies (social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance (if any), trade union funds) based on staffing quotas and contractual labor as per legal regulations assigned by the Minister of Finance.- Other funding sources allocated by the state budget according to legal regulations, including:

- National target program funds and other programs, projects stipulated by the state;- Funds for issuing, paying government bonds, bonds, and treasury bills;- Funds for implementing staffing reductions as per state policies;- Loans, aids, and other funds allocated by the competent authorities.

- Entire revenues from the professional activities of the State Treasury as per state regulations, including:
