Register and process requests

According to Subsection 7, Section I of Official Dispatch 1919/BGDVĐT-GDDH, regulations on registration and handling of requests are as follows:

- From July 10 to 17:00 on July 30, 2023, candidates have the right to register, adjust and add admission wishes an unlimited number of times:

+ Candidates use the assigned account to process information (enter, edit, view) on the System;

+ Registration for admission to majors or training programs must be done online on the System or on the National Public Service Portal.

+ Candidates' wishes registering for admission to training facilities are ranked from 1 to last (wish 1 is the highest wish), candidates choose the basis for admission, including the following information: news: Order of wishes; School code, school name; Industry group, sector, or program code; Name of industry group, sector, or program; and the basis for admission for registered aspirations must be consistent with the requirements and conditions of the training institution.
(High school graduation exam results, high school learning results, independent exam results, capacity assessment results, thinking assessment results, other results...).

+ All candidates' admission wishes to the training facility are processed on the System and each candidate is only admitted to the highest wish among the registered wishes when ensuring the admission conditions;

+ Candidates who have completed the application to the training facility according to the training facility's early admission plan, if eligible for admission, must continue to register their admission wishes on the System to be considered for admission according to regulations. 

- From July 31 to 17:00 August 6, 2023:

+ Candidates must pay the admission fee according to the number of admission requests made online according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training;

+ Particularly, candidates who are eligible for regional priority policies and priority subjects must coordinate with the receiving points to review regional information (Appendix VI) and the candidate's priority subjects (if any).

Candidates must carefully read the instructions and follow the entire registration process correctly and completely; Candidates who are unclear about the contents of declaration and payment of admission fees can contact the staff at the reception points or the staff of the training facility at the admission support phone numbers for guidance.

Admission confirmation

Pursuant to Subsection 8, Section I of Official Dispatch 1919/BGDVĐT-GDDH regulations on admission confirmation:

- For successful candidates subject to direct admission according to the Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, from July 5, 2023, to 5:00 p.m. August 15, 2023, candidates can confirm admission on the System (Candidates whose admission has been confirmed will not be allowed to register for further admission, except in cases where they are allowed not to enroll by the Principal/Director of the training facility). In case admission is not yet confirmed, candidates can continue to register their admission wishes on the System or National Public Service Portal like other candidates for admission consideration by training institutions.
If successful, candidates will confirm admission according to the general schedule.

- Before 5:00 p.m. on September 6, 2023, all successful candidates must complete the first online admission confirmation on the System.

Besides, from September 7, 2023 to December 2023, candidates who want to be considered for additional rounds of the training institution must follow the admission plan posted on the training institution's admission information page (If the training facility considers additional admission, candidates who have been admitted and have confirmed admission will not be considered for additional admission, except in cases where the Principal/Director of the training facility allows them not to enroll).
