The Ministry of Finance is drafting a Circular stipulating remuneration policies for individuals who read, listen, and watch to inspect deposited press.

provisions on policies for collaborator remuneration - individuals contracted by the Department of Press, the Department of Radio-Television and Electronic Information, and the Departments of Information and Communications to read, listen to, and watch to check press deposit as follows:

- H: Remuneration for reading, listening to, watching to check press deposit to be paid;- B: The number of news items, articles read, listened to, watched to check press deposit actually performed by the collaborator in the month;- G: Remuneration rate for reading, listening to, watching to check press deposit: G = 165,000 VND/standard news item, article/day.
Remuneration for reading, listening to, watching to check press deposit for collaborators is paid monthly.
The payment dossier includes a payment statement for reading, listening to, watching to check press deposit in the month.
According to the Draft Circular, remuneration for officials assigned regularly to read to check printed press and electronic press deposit under the Department of Press, the Department of Radio-Television and Electronic Information, and the Departments of Information and Communications is stipulated as follows:

- E: Remuneration for reading, listening to, watching to check press deposit exceeding the standard.- A: The number of news items, articles read, listened to, watched to check press deposit exceeding the standard set for the month.A = B - (C x D)- A: The number of news items, articles read, listened to, watched to check press deposit exceeding the standard set for the month.- B: The number of news items, articles read, listened to, watched to check press deposit actually performed by the official in the month.- C: The number of actual days in the month that the official performed the task of reading, listening to, watching to check press deposit.- D: Standard reading, listening, watching to check press deposit applied for one working day of the official as per the Ministry of Information and Communications regulations.- G = 165,000 VND/standard news item, article per day/day.
Note: Officials who have received remuneration for reading, listening to, watching to check press deposit are not eligible for night shift pay, overtime pay for the period of night shifts, or overtime for reading, listening to, watching to check press deposit.
