Based on the actual prices of finished petroleum products on the global market from April 28, 2020, to May 12, 2020, and based on the price calculation principles regulated in Decree 83/2014/ND-CP, Joint Circular 39/2014/TTLT-BCT-BTC, and Joint Circular 90/2016/TTLT-BTC-BCT, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance announces the base prices for commonly consumed petroleum products on the market as follows:

After implementing the price stabilization fund's deductions and expenditures, the selling prices of commonly consumed petroleum products on the market shall not exceed the following levels:
- E5RON92 Gasoline: not exceeding 11,520 VND/liter;
- RON95-III Gasoline: not exceeding 12,235 VND/liter;
- Diesel Oil 0.05S: not exceeding 9,857 VND/liter;
- Kerosene: not exceeding 7,882 VND/liter;
- Fuel Oil 180CST 3.5S: not exceeding 8,545 VND/kg.
On the Timing of Implementation
- Deductions and expenditures from the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund in Vietnam for petroleum products: Applied from 15:00 on May 13, 2020.
- Adjustment of selling prices of petroleum products: Determined by the leading petroleum trading enterprises but no later than 15:00 on May 13, 2020, for oil products and not earlier than 15:00 on May 13, 2020, for gasoline products.
