Vietnam: Annulment of a number of legal documents in the field of education

Recently, the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam has issued the Circular No. 41/2020/TT-BGDĐT and Circular No. 42/2020/TT-BGDĐT on annulment of a number of legal documents in the field of education.

The Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam abolishes all of the following legal documents from December 19, 2020:

- Documents issued by the Minister of Education and Training:

+ Circular No. 06/2011/TT-BGDĐT on the management and use of foreign aid of the Ministry of Education and Training;

+ Circular No. 39/2012/TT-BGDĐT promulgating Regulations on organization and operation of private professional secondary schools;

+ Decision No. 75/2007/QĐ-BGDĐT promulgating the training program on legal knowledge and legal work skills for legal staff in the education sector;

+ …

- Documents jointly issued by the Minister of Education and Training:

+ Joint Circular No. 23/2008/TTLT-BGDĐT-BLĐTBXH-BTC guiding policy scholarships for pupils and students at educational institutions of the national system;

+ Joint Circular No. 35/2013/TTLT-BGDĐT-BNV-BTC guiding the implementation of policies for teachers, education administrators working at special schools, in areas with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions;

+ Joint Circular No. 29/2014/TTLT-BGDĐT-BTC-BLĐTBXH on the management of finance, accounting, audit and tax applicable to foreign cooperation and investment in education, training and vocational training;
