Vietnam 2022: Waiting times for administration procedures not exceeding 30 minutes/transaction

Below are the objective specified in Decision 468/QD-TTg approving scheme for renovation of single-window system and inter-agency single-window system for handling administrative procedures in Vietnam.

The scheme sets out the following objective in 2022 as follows:

- Reduce waiting times of people and enterprises at One-stop Department to an average waiting time of not exceeding 30 minutes/transaction.

- Complete connection and sharing of data from Vietnam National Social Insurance Database and Vietnam National Land Database to the National Public Service Portal and ministerial- and provincial-level information systems for handling administrative procedures to serve the handling of administrative procedures at One-stop Department at all levels.

- Organize the digitalization of documents and results of handling of administrative procedures at 50% of district-level One-stop Shops and at least 30% of commune-level One-stopDepartment.

- Consolidate the ministerial- or provincial-level public service portal and the ministerial- or provincial-level electronic single-window system into an information system for handling of administrative procedures which is consistent and connected between regulatory authorities from central to local government of Vietnam.
