Duy Thinh

This is the notable content mentioned in Conclusion 29-KL/TW of the Politburo regarding the 10-year review of the implementation of Regulation 15-QD/TW of the Central Executive Committee of the 10th Central Committee of the Communist Party on Communist Party members engaging in private economic activities.

In order to support and encourage Communist Party members to engage in private economic activities, the Politburo requests the Central Organizing Committee to quickly develop guidelines for admitting Communist Party membership to those who are owners of private enterprises.

Simultaneously, organize the readmission of those Communist Party members who had previously resigned from the Communist Party to engage in private economic activities due to particularly difficult family circumstances and who now wish to return to the ranks of the Communist Party.

Communist Party members engaging in private economic activities must strictly comply with the Party's charter, regulations, and lead by example in implementing the state's policies and laws, and mobilize everyone to produce and conduct business in accordance with the law.

Conclusion 29-KL/TW was issued on January 31, 2018.
