Below is the content of Circular 01/2023/TT-BCT annulling some regulations at Circular 02/2019/TT-BCT on project development and sample of electricity sale contract applicable to wind power projects and Circular 18/2020/TT-BCT on project development and sample of electricity sale contract applicable to solar power projects.

According to Vietnam's Circular 01/2023/TT-BCT, part of Appendix 1 of the sample of electricity sale contract applicable to solar power projects issued together with Vietnam's Circular 18/2020/TT-BCT is annulled, specifically:

- To annul Points a, b and d, Clause 2, Article 2 (regarding the electricity price)

- To remove the phrase "and terminates after 20 years from the commercial operation date." in Article 6 (regarding the contract term).

- To remove the word "2020" in Appendices A, B, C, D, E and G attached to the contract.

In addition, Clause 1 and Clause 2, Article 2 of Appendix 2 of the Model Power Purchase Agreement applicable to the Rooftop Solar Power System issued together with Vietnam's Circular 18/2020/TT-BCT are also annulled.

Vietnam's Circular 01/2023/TT-BCT takes effect from January 19, 2023.
