The Procuracy Actively Cooperates with the Court to Review Judgment Transfer Results

The coordination for supervising the decision-making or delegation of decision-making for criminal judgment execution is guided as follows:

- Monthly, the criminal judgment execution supervisory unit must review, compare, and compile a list of the number of criminal judgments, decisions to execute criminal judgments, and delegations of decision-making for criminal judgment executions received. Proactively cooperate with the People's Court at the same level to cross-check, review the results of judgment transfers and decision-making for judgment execution to determine: The number of judgments/convicted persons for whom the Court has issued execution decisions, the number of judgments/convicted persons remaining without execution decisions, paying particular attention to cases where the convicted person has been sentenced to imprisonment but is out on bail;- Based on the results of monitoring the receipt of judgments and decisions, the criminal judgment execution supervisory unit performs the duty of supervising the People's Court at the same level in issuing decisions or delegating decisions for criminal judgment execution according to the provisions of Article 11 of the Regulation on the supervision of temporary custody, temporary detention, and criminal judgment execution promulgated with Decision 501/QD-VKSTC dated December 12, 2017, by the Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
