The Ministry of Education and Training guides the adjustment of teaching content at the lower secondary and high school levels in Vietnam

Recently, the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam has issued the Official Dispatch No. 3280/BGDĐT-GDTrH on guiding the adjustment of teaching content at lower secondary and high school levels.

According to Official Dispatch No. 3280/BGDĐT-GDTrH of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, in order to continue effectively implementing the current general education program in the direction of developing students' quality and capacity and ensure the implementation of the program in the context of the complicated situation of the COVID-19 epidemic, the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam adjusts the teaching content as follows:

- Do not check and evaluate the guided content: Do not teach; Read more; Do not do; Do not perform; Not required; Encourage students to read on their own; Encourage students to self-study; Encourage students to do it themselves; Encourage students to self-act in Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics, Technology, Literature, History, Geography, and Citizenship Education;

- For the remaining subjects and educational activities: Continue to follow the instructions in Official Dispatch No. 5842/BGDĐT-VP on guiding the adjustment of general education teaching content;

- For advanced curriculum subjects at the high school level and classes according to the new school model, secondary education institutions shall base themselves on the guidance in Official Dispatch No. 3280/BGDĐT-GDTrH to actively adjust their teaching content accordingly.
