Termination of appointment of officials holding positions from April 1, 2022

This is the content of Conclusion 33-KL/TW dated April 1, 2022 of the Secretariat on the implementation of regimes and policies for officials holding high-ranking positions.

Accordingly, the appointment of cadres holding positions of rank in agencies and organizations in the political system will be terminated from April 1, 2022 (diplomatic positions shall comply with separate regulations) .

- For cadres and civil servants currently holding positions, the following shall be done:

+ The working period is less than 5 years, the position, position, regime and policies will remain until retirement.

+ If the working time is more than 5 years, when the appointment period expires (5 years from the date of appointment), do not re-appoint the position but consider and arrange suitable work.

- For cadres and civil servants who are holding the position of chief or equivalent, whose working period up to the prescribed retirement age is less than 5 years (60 months) due to the organizational arrangement, the apparatus does not continue to be arranged to work. If the director of the department or wishes to quit the management and administration work, he/she shall consider arranging the appropriate work and be entitled to reserve the existing regimes and policies until his retirement.
