Regulations on programs and activities without the involvement of family and educational institutions for children in Vietnam

The Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam issued Circular 27/2022/TT-BLĐTBXH dated December 29, 2022 guiding activities without the involvement of family and educational institutions for children.

According to Vietnam's Circular 27/2022/TT-BLDTBXH, the regulations on programs and activities without the involvement of family and educational institutions for children are as follows:

- Programs and contents ofactivities without the involvement of family and educational institutions for children must comply with the law on children;

Suitable for children's capacity and age; ensure safety, health, friendliness, and do not affect the comprehensive development of children.

- Programs and activities without the involvement of family and educational institutions for children include the following components:

+ Learning knowledge;

+ Learning skills;

+ Complementary activities, entertainment.

- Program and operation contents of each component specified in Clause 2, Article 6 of Vietnam's Circular 27/2022/TT-BLDTBXH include the following main contents:

+ Purpose and requirements;

+ Time, duration, location;

+ Subjects and number of participating children;

+ Form of organization;

+ Funding;

+ Assignment of implementation.

Vietnam's Circular 27/2022/TT-BLDTBXH takes effect from March 1, 2023.
