On November 30, 2017, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Circular 29/2017/TT-BGDDT regarding the regulations on the promotion consideration for professional titles of public preschool and general education teachers.

Circular 29/2017/TT-BGDDT takes effect from January 15, 2018.
