- Account Debit Authorization means that the taxpayer (NTT) sends a proposal to the Customs Electronic Payment Portal for the General Department of Customs (TCHQ) to transfer information to the commercial bank (NHTM) where the NTT holds an account for collection coordination;- NHTM handling payment processing accepts or does not accept the request, requests clarification, and guides the implementation of account debit authorization;- NHTM handling payment processing sends a notification to the TCHQ regarding information related to the taxpayer, the signing of the account debit authorization, and the authorized account for debit so that TCHQ can update this information into the system.
