The Ministry of Transport has just issued Circular 49/2019/TT-BGTVT providing guidelines on processes, documentation for final settlements, and procedures for price support for railway transport enterprises performing transport services for special tasks and social welfare tasks.

Records for final settlement of expenses for cost support in executing social welfare transportation tasks shall be carried out in accordance with Point b, Clause 4, Article 47 of Decree 65/2018/ND-CP. The settlement dossier must include the following documents:

- Explanation of the settlement dossier;- Consolidated statement of cost support settlements for each train trip according to Form No. 01 issued in conjunction with Circular 49/2019/TT-BGTVT;- Consolidated statement of revenue settlements for each train trip according to Form No. 02 issued in conjunction with Circular 49;- Consolidated statement of expense settlements for each train trip according to Form No. 03 issued in conjunction with Circular 49;- Copies of related documents and evidences.

Details of the accompanying forms can be found in Circular 49/2019/TT-BGTVT, effective from February 1, 2020.
