The Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam has just issued Decree 50/2018/ND-CP stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Inspectorate of the Government of Vietnam.

The organizational structure of the Government Inspectorate of Vietnam includes a total of 19 units, divided into 02 groups, consisting of: units assisting in State management functions and public service providers.

To be specific, the Legal Affairs Department and the International Cooperation Department have 02 divisions each. The Planning and General Department and the Department of Inspection, Supervision, and Post-Inspection Processing have 03 divisions each.

The Personnel Organization Department has 04 divisions, and the Office has 05 divisions. Departments I, II, III have 04 divisions each. Department IV and the Central Citizen Reception Committee have 05 divisions each.

In addition, the Central Citizen Reception Unit is stipulated to have its own seal and a standing unit at the Central Citizen Reception Headquarters of the Communist Party and the Government in Ho Chi Minh City.
