Not to Require Enterprises to Submit Additional Documents More Than Once

This is a noteworthy content mentioned in Directive 10/CT-TTg on enhancing the handling and effective prevention of harassment and causing inconvenience to citizens and businesses in resolving tasks.

In order to prevent harassment and inconvenience to citizens and businesses during the administrative procedure resolution process, State agencies, upon receiving the application, shall not request enterprises and citizens to supplement documents or materials more than once.

Simultaneously, to enhance transparency in the operations of the agencies, the Prime Minister requires the implementation of the following tasks:

- Publicize the time and place for receiving citizens of the heads of agencies and units on the electronic information portal and at the office headquarters;- Publicize the hotline address, email box, and organize the reception and handling of citizens' complaints and denunciations regarding harassment and inconvenience behavior;- Publicize the results of handling harassment behavior, issue public apologies, and remedy the consequences for citizens and businesses when at fault.
