Not Mandatory for Communist Party Members to Take Leave for Writing Reports

This is the content of Guidance 51-HD/BTGTW issued by the Central Propaganda Department regarding the organization of study, dissemination, propaganda, and implementation of the Resolutions of the 6th Central Conference, 12th Tenure of the Communist Party.

Accordingly:

- Upon the conclusion of the study session to thoroughly understand the Resolution organized by the party committees at various levels, party members are required to write individual summaries;- The summary should include the following contents:- Current situation;- New points, viewpoints, objectives, and solutions in the 6th Central Resolution, 12th National Congress of the Communist Party;- Connection with performing the political tasks of the locality, agency, unit, and individual;- Proposals and recommendations.- It is not mandatory to write individual summaries for party members who have retired from work in the political system's agencies and those who are not in good enough health to work. However, these individuals must still contribute their opinions during the cell's meetings.- Participation in studying, thoroughly understanding the resolution, and writing individual summaries are among the criteria for evaluating, classifying, and reviewing the year-end awards of the agency or unit.
