New: Total Personnel of Military Courts at All Levels is 310 People

The Standing Committee of the National Assembly has issued Resolution No. 571/NQ-UBTVQH14 on the establishment of Military Courts at the military region level and equivalent; Regional Military Courts; the staffing and number of judges of Military Courts at all levels.

The total number of personnel of military courts at all levels is 310 people, including 130 Judges, as follows:

- The Central Military Court has 54 people, including 1 Judge of the Supreme People's Court and 15 Senior Judges as prescribed in Clause 5, Article 1 of Resolution 1278/NQ-UBTVQH13;- The Military Courts of Military Regions and the equivalent have 126 (one hundred twenty-six) people, including 12 Senior Judges as prescribed in Clause 6, Article 1 of Resolution 1278/NQ-UBTVQH13 and 42 Intermediate Judges;- The Regional Military Courts have 130 people, including 20 Intermediate Judges and 40 Junior Judges.

Resolution 571/NQ-UBTVQH14 took effect on September 10, 2018.
