New: The Title of Provincial Excellent Teacher is Retained for Up to 3 Years

This is new content stipulated in Circular 22/2019/TT-BGDDT Promulgating Regulations on the Competitions for Excellent Teachers at Preschool Education Institutions; Excellent Teachers, Excellent Homeroom Teachers at General Education Institutions.

To be specific, Circular 22 has detailed regulations on the preservation period of the excellent teacher title and the excellent homeroom teacher title as follows:

- The title of excellent teacher and excellent homeroom teacher at the school level is preserved for a period of 01 year following the year in which the teacher is recognized as an excellent teacher or excellent homeroom teacher at the school level;- The title of excellent teacher and excellent homeroom teacher at the district level is preserved for a period of 01 year following the year in which the teacher is recognized as an excellent teacher or excellent homeroom teacher at the district level;- The title of excellent teacher and excellent homeroom teacher at the provincial level is preserved for a period of 03 years following the year in which the teacher is recognized as an excellent teacher or excellent homeroom teacher at the provincial level.

Currently, Circular 49/2011/TT-BGDDT, Circular 21/2010/TT-BGDDT, and Circular 43/2012/TT-BGDDT do not stipulate this preservation period.
