Recently, the Ministry of Health of Vietnam has issued the Decision No. 4912/QĐ-BYT approving the inspection plan in 2021.
According to the Decision No. 4912/QĐ-BYT, the Ministry of Health of Vietnam has pointed out 9 general tasks of the 2021 inspection plan, including:
- Review and advise the Minister on legislative documents on health inspection and anti-corruption in the health sector;
- Organize dissemination and propagation of legal documents on health, medical inspection;
- Organize inspection to detect violations and shortcomings of management mechanisms, policies and laws, thereby promptly recommending to competent agencies to amend, supplement, replace and issue new legal documents in the field of health;
- Implement anti-corruption work in accordance with the law and the Government Inspector's guidance on anti-corruption;
- Organize reception of citizens according to regulations, handle and settle complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reports in accordance with the provisions of law;
- Implement the work of preventing smuggling, commercial fraud, counterfeit goods and poor quality goods under the management of the Ministry of Health according to Directive No. 17/CT-TTg;
- Continue to implement drug prevention in the health sector;
- Develop a process for receiving citizens at the Ministry of Health;
- Continue to implement administrative reform and propagate administrative reform in the health inspectorate.
