List of job positions in the industry and trade sector required for periodic rotation in Vietnam

1. Issuance of licenses related to import-export and commercial services in Vietnam:

- Certification of qualifications for merchants dealing in LPG/LNG/CNG;

- Certification of qualifications for LPG retail stores in canisters;

- Certification of qualifications for petroleum retail stores;

- Certification to act as a petroleum retail agent;

- Receipt of notice for petroleum business using small-scale petroleum sales equipment;

- Wholesale liquor license within a province, centrally-run city;

- Retail liquor license;

- Wholesale license for tobacco products;

- Retail license for tobacco products;

- License for the establishment of a representative office of foreign businesses in Vietnam;

- Business license, License to establish retail outlets for foreign-invested economic organizations in Vietnam;

- License for electricity distribution activities to a voltage level of 35 kV locally;

- License for retail electricity activities to a voltage level of 0.4 kV locally.

2. Issuance of licenses related to ensuring safety standards in production and business in Vietnam:

- License for activities within the protection area of dams, hydroelectric reservoirs;

- Certification of qualifications for producing explosive precursors;

- Certification of qualifications for producing/businessing/producing and businessing chemicals under special conditions in the industrial sector;

- License for the use of industrial explosives;

- Certification of technical safety training for industrial explosives for individuals involved with the use of industrial explosives;

- Certification of technical safety training for explosive precursors for individuals managing warehouses or storage places for explosive precursors;

- Certification of premises meeting food safety standards;

- Certification of qualifications for LPG filling stations in canisters;

- Certification of qualifications for LPG filling stations into tank trucks;

- Certification of qualifications for LPG/LNG/CNG filling stations into transport means;

- License for the production of handcrafted liquor for business purposes;

- License for industrial liquor production (scale below 3 million liters/year);

- License for electricity generation activities for power plants with a capacity below 3 MW located locally;

- Notification to confirm declaration of products, goods in group 2 complying with corresponding technical standards. Notification of receipt of conformity declarations for products, goods meeting national technical standards.

Circular 41/2024/TT-BCT is effective from February 21, 2025.
