List of administrative procedures amending and supplementing in the field of establishment and operation of enterprises in Vietnam

On October 19, 2020, the Minister of Planning and Investment of Vietnam issued the Decision No. 1523/QĐ-BKHĐT on the announcement of administrative procedures for amending and supplementing the field of establishment and operation of enterprises under the management functions of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

According to the Decision No. 1523/QĐ-BKHĐT of the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam, the List of administrative procedures to amend and supplement the field of establishment and operation of enterprises includes:

- Application for establishment of sole proprietorships;

- Application for establishment of single-member limited liability companies;

- Application for establishment of multiple-member limited liability companies;

- Application for establishment of joint stock companies;

- Application for establishment of partnerships;

- Application for establishment of domestic branch/representative office (sole proprietorships, limited liability companies, joint stock companies; partnerships);

- Application for establishment of branch/representative office (enterprises operating under the Investment License; Investment certificate or equivalent legal documents);

- Notice of establishment of business location (sole proprietorships, limited liability companies, joint stock companies; partnerships);
- Notice of establishment of business location (enterprises operating under the Investment License; Investment certificate or equivalent legal documents).
