Intermediate Colleges and Vocational Colleges Must Update Diploma Data by June 30, 2020

To promptly complete the database of the "Certificate Lookup Information Page" at the addresses www.vanbang.gov.vn and www.vanbang.gdnn.gov.vn, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) requests that the People's Committees of provinces and cities under Central authority direct the Departments of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to require Intermediate Schools and Colleges in the area to urgently update the certificate data for Intermediate and College levels from January 1, 2017 to the present into the system (and continuously update the information upon issuing new certificates). Schools are encouraged to fully input all certificate data issued to their students from before to the present. The deadline for completing the data entry is before June 30, 2020.

Simultaneously, the Ministry assigns the Directorate of Vocational Education and Training to guide the Departments of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Intermediate Schools, and Colleges in using the software, providing data, and publicly disclosing data on the Certificate Lookup Information Page in accordance with regulations.
