Immediate Removal of Barriers to Medical Mask Export

This is a notable content in Announcement No. 170/TB-VPCP regarding the Conclusions of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Government of Vietnam on Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control.

After hearing the announcements from the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control, the VPCP, and the opinions of the Deputy Prime Ministers and other attendees, the Prime Minister has directed as follows:

- Absolutely avoid complacency, negligence, and lack of vigilance; always be ready at the highest level, especially for the forces directly involved in epidemic prevention and control;- Appropriately quarantine all incoming travelers; quickly detect cases, localize and extinguish outbreaks, and effectively treat them; promptly handle recurrent cases;- Continue to ease restrictions and gradually restore socio-economic activities, actively restart and accelerate in areas with high safety coefficients;- Implement necessary procedures, immediately remove barriers to export medical masks, equipment, and medical supplies;- Agree to abolish the export license requirement for medical masks as per Resolution 20/NQ-CP;- …
