The Ministry of Finance has recently issued Circular 63/2020/TT-BTC providing guidance on the estimation, management, utilization, and settlement of funds for the implementation of tasks and activities under the Scheme for continuing innovation and improving the efficiency of judicial appraisal activities.

Funding for the implementation of the Scheme on continuing the renewal and enhancement of judicial expertise activities shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3, Section V of Decision 250/QD-TTg. This Circular guides the use of state budget (regular expenditures) to perform the tasks and activities of the Scheme on continuing the renewal and enhancement of judicial expertise activities as follows:

- The central budget shall ensure the implementation of tasks and activities assigned to the ministries and central authorities, and local agencies;- The local budget shall ensure the implementation of tasks and activities under the authority and responsibility of the Provincial People's Committee within the annual regular local budget as prescribed.
