On July 13, 2022, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree 46/2022/ND-CP amending Decree 13/2020/ND-CP< /a> on instructions of Law on Animal Husbandry .
In which, 05 additional measures are applied by organizations and individuals to dispose of quality-infringing livestock waste treatment products in Vietnam, including:
- Forcible re-export: Organizations and individuals shall carry out re-export procedures in accordance with the law on customs and other relevant regulations;
Re-export dossiers on quality of livestock waste treatment products must be submitted to the state inspection agency in Vietnam;
- Forcible disposal: Organizations and individuals must sign contracts with organizations and individuals with the function of dispose of infringing goods.
- Forcible recycling: Organizations and individuals must recycle products according to the plan in accordance with the regulations of the law in Vietnam;
When necessary, report recycling plans and results to state inspection agencies in Vietnam for supervision.
- Forcible change of purpose: Organizations and individuals must change the use of the product according to the plan in accordance with the regulations of the law in Vietnam;
To report plans and results of conversion of land use rights to state inspection agencies for supervision when necessary;
- Forcible information correction: Organizations and individuals must correct product information according to the actual inspection results on the label or attached documents before putting the product on the market or before using it. .
