Establishment of Start-up Clubs in Schools

The Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam has officially approved the Scheme to support students (HSSV) in starting businesses until 2025 in Decision 1665/QD-TTg dated October 30, 2017.

To actualize entrepreneurial ideas and projects, contributing to job creation for students after graduation, the Prime Minister has proposed several implementation solutions for the Scheme as follows:

- Establishment of support centers for student startups, and startup clubs at universities, colleges, and vocational schools;- Creation of a Fund for supporting student startups at schools from private investment sources;- Organization of startup training sessions for career guidance officers and teachers at general education schools and educational centers;- Formulation of mechanisms and policies to support student startups, and for lecturers, teachers, and career guidance officers to assist student startups;- Development of programs to establish online trading platforms for entrepreneurial ideas and projects among educational institutions, students, and businesses.
