Recently, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Health issued Official Dispatch 613/TTrB-P1 to the Food Safety Department and the Directors of the Departments of Health of centrally-governed provinces and cities regarding ensuring food safety during the Mid-Autumn Festival of 2018. Accordingly:
