Directive 38: Consider Not Exporting Minerals as Raw Materials for Cement Production

- Review and promulgate regulations on technical criteria for the export of block stone, dimensional stone; white silica sand, and yellow mold sand after processing, balancing domestic demand, and ensuring mineral reserves;

- Review and promulgate complete technical standards for alternative construction materials for construction sand; ensure the balance of supply and demand for construction materials within the country;
