Detailed List of Particularly Difficult Hamlets and Communes (Phase 2016 - 2020)

The Law Secretary has just updated the detailed list of 25,442 particularly difficult villages, communes in areas III, II, I belonging to ethnic minority and mountainous regions for the period 2016 - 2020, which was approved by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on April 28, 2017.
