Change in inspection forms for the quality of goods circulating in the market in Vietnam

- Replacing Form 4a.BBLM, Form 8a.BBNP-DKT, Form 8b.BBNP-KSVCL with Form 4.BBLM, Form 7a.BBNP-DKT, Form 7b.BBNP-KSVCL in accordance with Circular 12;

- Replacing Form 5.TBKQTNKD, Form 7.TBTDLT with Form 5.TBTDLT in accordance with Circular 12;

Simultaneously, adding some forms as follows:

- Form 7c.TNPHH on Sealing Stamps for Goods;- Form 8c.BBMNP-DKT on the Minutes of Unsealing Goods by the Inspection Team;

- Form 8d.BBMNP-KSVCL on the Minutes of Unsealing Goods by the Quality Controller.
