The Ministry of Transport has just signed Decision No. 767/QD-BGTVT announcing the plan to reduce and simplify 384 out of 570 business conditions in the field of transportation.

Notably, in the transportation business using automobiles, the Ministry proposes to abolish the conditions stipulated in Article 13 of Decree 86/2014/ND-CP, which include:

- Drivers and service staff on vehicles must have a written labor contract with the transportation business unit;- Drivers must not be currently prohibited from practicing their profession;- Service staff on vehicles must undergo professional training;- The transport operator must have a transportation qualification of at least an intermediate level or have a qualification of at least a college level if in another economic or technical field and have at least 03 years of continuous work experience at the transportation unit;- There must be a sufficient number of vehicles according to the business plan;- The transportation business unit must organize health checks for drivers and employ drivers with sufficient health standards as prescribed.
