* Procedure for Registration of the Establishment of Non-Public Social Assistance Facilities under the jurisdiction of the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs (Procedure Code: 2.000291)

- Simplified Content:

+ Abolish the requirement to submit the judicial record card of the founders. In necessary cases, the administrative procedure-solving agency may request the judicial record database management agency to issue a judicial record card for the founders, or individuals may present an electronic judicial record card issued on the VNeID electronic identification and authentication application.

+ Reason: Save time and costs, facilitate individuals in the process of performing administrative procedures.

- Implementation Proposal:

+ Amend Clause 5, Article 15 of Decree 103/2017/ND-CP on the establishment, organization, operation, dissolution, and management of social assistance facilities.
