According to the content of Official Dispatch 10489/VPCP-CN dated October 03, 2017, regarding the adjustment of investment certificates/investment registration certificates for 03 BOT projects in the transportation sector, Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung has provided the following directives:

The Ministry of Planning and Investment shall study and incorporate the opinions of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice, decide, and take comprehensive responsibility for adjusting the investment certificate/registration certificate in accordance with its authority and legal regulations.

Regarding the construction and implementation of regulations on investment in the form of public-private partnerships, the Deputy Prime Minister requires:

- The ministries, central authorities, local authorities, and investors to strictly comply with the regulations on construction investment and investment in the form of public-private partnerships;- The Ministry of Planning and Investment to research and incorporate the opinions of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ministry of Transport presented in previous documents during the process of researching and amending Decree 15/2015/ND-CP on investment in the form of public-private partnerships.
