Abolishment of certain legislative documents on labor in Vietnam

The following legal documents on labor are repealed:

- Circular No. 08/2013/TT-BLDTBXH dated June 10, 2013, by the Minister of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs, guiding the implementation of Decree No. 46/2013/ND-CP dated May 10, 2013, of the Government of Vietnam detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Labor Code on labor disputes.

- Circular No. 30/2013/TT-BLDTBXH dated October 25, 2013, by the Minister of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs, guiding the implementation of certain provisions of Decree No. 44/2013/ND-CP dated May 10, 2013, of the Government of Vietnam detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Labor Code on labor contracts.

- Circular No. 19/2014/TT-BLDTBXH dated August 15, 2014, by the Minister of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs, guiding the implementation of certain provisions of Decree No. 27/2014/ND-CP dated April 7, 2014, of the Government of Vietnam detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Labor Code on domestic workers.

- Circular No. 27/2014/TT-BLDTBXH dated October 6, 2014, by the Minister of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs, guiding state labor management agencies in gathering opinions from labor representative organizations and employers' representative organizations at the local level in the formulation of labor policies, laws, and labor relations issues.

- Circular No. 23/2015/TT-BLDTBXH dated June 23, 2015, by the Minister of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs, guiding the implementation of certain provisions on salary stipulated in Decree No. 05/2015/ND-CP dated January 12, 2015, of the Government of Vietnam detailing and guiding the implementation of certain contents of the Labor Code.

- Circular No. 29/2015/TT-BLDTBXH dated July 31, 2015, by the Minister of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs, guiding the implementation of certain provisions on collective bargaining, collective labor agreements, and labor dispute resolution stipulated in Decree No. 05/2015/ND-CP dated January 12, 2015, of the Government of Vietnam detailing and guiding the implementation of certain contents of the Labor Code.
