Abolishment of all 09 Decisions of the Prime Minister in the field of land finance in Vietnam

The Decisions in the field of land finance issued by the Prime Minister of Vietnam will be entirely abolished, including:

- Decision 44/2010/QD-TTg dated June 10, 2010, by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam concerning exemption of land levy, exemption of land rent for the construction of auxiliary projects on national highways.

- Decision 57/2010/QD-TTg dated September 17, 2010, by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on exemption of land rent for projects constructing storage facilities for 4 million tons of rice, corn, cold storage for seafood, fruits, and temporary storage for coffee as per the plan.

- Decision 33/2011/QD-TTg dated June 10, 2011, by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on exemption of land levy for households in fishing villages, those living on rivers, lagoons relocating to resettlement areas.

- Decision 48/2012/QD-TTg dated November 1, 2012, by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam regarding amendments and supplements to Decision 204/2005/QD-TTg dated August 15, 2005, by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam.

- Decision 11/2015/QD-TTg dated April 3, 2015, by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam stipulating exemption and reduction of land levy upon the recognition of land use rights, house ownership, and other assets attached to land for households and individuals concerning homestead land originating from unauthorized allocation before October 15, 1993, in economically difficult, especially difficult, border, and island areas.

- Decision 22/2020/QD-TTg dated August 10, 2020, by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on reducing land rent for 2020 for those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic according to Resolution 84/NQ-CP dated May 29, 2020, of the Government of Vietnam.

- Decision 27/2021/QD-TTg dated September 25, 2021, by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on reducing land rent for 2021 for those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

- Decision 01/2023/QD-TTg dated January 31, 2023, by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on reducing land rent and water surface rent for 2022 for those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

- Decision 25/2023/QD-TTg dated October 3, 2023, by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on reducing land rent for 2023.
