On June 28, 2024, the Minister of Finance issued Circular 43/2024/TT-BTC stipulating the collection levels for certain fees and charges to continue alleviating difficulties and supporting business operations.
The collection levels of 36 types of fees and charges will be reduced from July 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. Some examples include:
Citizen ID fee: 50% of the fee stipulated in Article 4 of Circular 59/2019/TT-BTC issued on August 30, 2019, by the Minister of Finance regarding the collection levels, collection, payment, and management of the Citizen ID issuance fee.
Fees for exploitation and use of meteorological and hydrological information and data: 70% of the fee stipulated in the fee schedule for the exploitation and use of meteorological and hydrological information and data issued in Circular 197/2016/TT-BTC on November 8, 2016, by the Minister of Finance.
Registration (confirmation) fee for using foreign barcodes: 50% of the fee stipulated in Clause 2, Article 4 of Circular 232/2016/TT-BTC issued on November 11, 2016, by the Minister of Finance.
Airport operation concession fees: 90% of the fee stipulated in Article 4 of Circular 247/2016/TT-BTC issued on November 11, 2016, by the Minister of Finance.
Evaluation fees for licensing civil cryptographic products/services; evaluation certification for civil cryptographic product standards; and evaluation certification for civil cryptographic product compliance: 80% of the fees stipulated in Sections I and II of the fee and charge schedule issued in Circular 249/2016/TT-BTC on November 11, 2016, by the Minister of Finance.
