170 Forms Now Available for Prosecutor's Operations

The Supreme People's Procuracy has just issued Decision 15/QD-VKSTC on the promulgation of templates for procedural documents and professional documents used in the practice of public prosecution, supervision of prosecution, investigation, and indictment.

Attached to Decision 15 is a List of 170 procedural and professional documents to be used by Prosecutors to handle the following tasks:

- Receiving and resolving information about crimes and prosecuting criminal cases;- Applying preventive measures and coercive measures;- Forms used by individuals with procedural authority and participants in the proceedings;- Supervising the investigation phase of criminal cases;- Forms used in the prosecution phase;- Handling of exhibits and seized assets;- Applying special investigative measures in proceedings;- Applying special procedures;- Activities of international judicial cooperation in criminal matters.

View the detailed list of 170 document templates in Decision 15/QD-VKSTC effective from January 09, 2018, replacing the templates in Decision 07/2008/QD-VKSTC.
