Recently, the Government Inspectorate issued Circular 02/2021/TT-TTCP stipulating the regime of reporting on inspection, citizen reception, settling complaints and denunciations, and anti-corruption prevention in Vietnam.
According to the Circular, the types of reports on inspection, citizen reception, settlement of complaint and denunciation, and anti-corruption prevention in Vietnam include:
- Periodic reports are reports on inspection, citizen reception, settlement of complaints and denunciations, and anti-corruption prevention, which are made quarterly, six-monthly, nine-monthly, and annually.
- Thematic reports are reports to respond to requests for in-depth information on a topic in the fields of inspection, citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement, and anti-corruption prevention carried out one or more times in a certain period of time.
- Unscheduled reports are reports to respond to requests for information on unusual issues in the fields of inspection, citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement, and anti-corruption prevention carried out at the request of superior agencies or the Government Inspectorate.
Note: The report is presented as a paper or electronic document, signed by the head of the agency, organization, or unit and stamped according to regulations. In the event that heads of state management agencies authorize heads of inspection agencies at the same level to sign reports, the regulations on over-authorization in Vietnam shall be followed.
