Retirement age for male and remale employees in Vietnam from 2021
According to the new regulations in the Labor Code 2019, the retirement age of employees in ordinary working conditions will be adjusted according to a roadmap until reaching 62 years of age for male employees in 2028 and 60 years of age for female employees in 2035.

1. Retirement age for male employees in Vietnam
Starting from 2021, the retirement age for male employees is 60 years and 3 months; after that, it increases by 3 months each year.

2. Retirement age for female employees in Vietnam
Starting from 2021, the retirement age for female employees is 55 years and 4 months; after that, it increases by 4 months each year.
