For cases with retirement time after January 1, 2021:

For cases with retirement time before January 1, 2021, but deferred retirement time according to Decree 46/2010/ND-CP and Decree 29/2012/ND-CP:

- They are not applicable for the increased retirement age according to the Labor Code 2019;

- The time of issuing notifications and retirement decisions shall comply with current regulations.
