Entire annulment of 08 legislative documents issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade of Vietnam

Entirety annul the following 8 legislative documents issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade of Vietnam:

- Decision 1310/2003/QD-BTM dated October 14, 2003, on the promulgation of regulations for the examination for promotion from market controller to principal market controller.

- Decision 2453/2005/QD-BTM dated October 3, 2005, on the promulgation of the training regulations for pre-service training for market management officials.

- Decision 04/2008/QD-BCT dated March 3, 2008, on the promulgation of standards for the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade.

- Circular 06/2012/TT-BCT dated March 27, 2012, on the elaboration of the procedures for granting establishment and operation licenses for representative offices of foreign trade promotion organizations in Vietnam.

- Circular 12/2014/TT-BCT dated March 31, 2014, regulating the calculation of the average retail electricity price.

- Circular 14/2014/TT-BCT dated May 26, 2014, on the elaboration of the verification and imposition of administrative penalties in the electricity sector under the authority of the Head of the Electricity Regulatory Authority of Vietnam.

- Circular 23/2014/TT-BCT dated July 25, 2014, on the elaboration of the procedures for the preparation, appraisal, and approval of domestic design and manufacturing contracts for auxiliary equipment of thermal power plants.

- Circular 35/2015/TT-BCT dated October 27, 2015, on the elaboration of environmental protection in the industry and trade sector.
