To fully annul 06 legislative documents issued by the Minister of National Defense of Vietnam

To fully annul 06 legislative documents on military, national defense, and cipher under the authority of the Minister of National Defense (Hanoi, Vietnam) as follows:

- Decision 1024/1998/QD-QP dated August 20, 1998, of the Minister of National Defense supplementing Decision 1636/QD-QP dated October 5, 1996, of the Minister of National Defense regarding the consolidation of the system, issuance of regulations on the duties and organization of the Medical Evaluation Councils at all levels in the Army - Establishment of the Medical Evaluation Council of Hospital 87 - Military Medical Department - General Department of Logistics.

- Circular 83/2011/TT-BQP dated June 16, 2011, of the Minister of National Defense guiding the management and use of competition and reward funds and the monetary reward levels in the Vietnam People's Army.

- Circular 13/2012/QD-BQP dated February 21, 2012, of the Minister of National Defense stipulating policies for the payment of leave days for salaried employees working in military agencies and units.

- Circular 14/2013/TT-BQP dated January 24, 2013, of the Minister of National Defense (Hanoi, Vietnam) issuing the Regulations on the organization and activities of the Commendation and Reward Council of the Ministry of National Defense.

- Circular 111/2014/TT-BQP dated August 25, 2014, of the Minister of National Defense (Hanoi, Vietnam) guiding the implementation of Decree 40/2013/ND-CP dated April 26, 2013, of the Government of Vietnam regulating cryptographic activities to protect state secret information.

- Circular 129/2014/TT-BQP dated September 23, 2014, of the Minister of National Defense (Hanoi, Vietnam) stipulating the management of investment promotion activities by the Ministry of National Defense (Hanoi, Vietnam).

More details can be found in Circular 36/2024/TT-BQP, which comes into force in Vietnam from July 7, 2024.

The Director of the Legal Department, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense; relevant agencies, units, and individuals are responsible for the implementation of Circular 36/2024/TT-BQP.
